- step by step check-in:
- 1. complete the booking and pay the full amount at the end of the cancellation period
- 2. You will receive a 6-digit code by e-mail or SMS
- 3. upon arrival at the hotel, enter this 6-digit code at our check-in terminal and receive your QR code.
- 4. with this QR code you will get access to the hotel and your booked room.
- 5. touch the QR reader briefly, it is activated when the light in the QR reader is on.
- 6. now hold the QR code with a distance of about 20cm in front of the QR reader and the door will open!
